A leading artificial grass supplier has rolled out turf for an outdoor learning area at a primary school in Huntington.
167 square metres of Wonder Yarn 36mm were used in the installation which transformed an uneven concrete play area at Brington Primary School into a safe, interactive outdoor learning space for the pupils.
Mrs Tracey Reid, head teacher at Brington Primary School, said: “We wanted to create a safe outdoor learning environment for our pupils. The previous concrete play area wasn’t suitable as children would often fall over and hurt themselves. The new grass not only looks good but it feels great too.
